Noah Text: An Evidence-Based Method of Displaying Text that Increases Reading Skill for Striving, Dyslexic, and English Language Learning Readers

Join Noah Text founder Sarah K. Blodgett and co-director of Rhode Island Tutorial & Educational Services Lisa Bigney for an informative online workshop about Noah Text®. Grounded in the science of reading, Noah Text® is a specialized scaffolded text that shows readers the structure of words—bolstering their reading skill—while providing them independence and enjoyment in wide reading. Learn how Noah Text® simulates simpler writing systems, like Finland’s for instance, in which learning to read is made easier due to visible, predictable word patterns, thus increasing reading fluency, stamina, and accuracy, while building reading skill.  Highly recommended by structured literacy specialists, Noah Text® enables resistant and striving readers to advance their reading skills beyond basic proficiency, and beyond decodable text reading, so that they can tackle higher-level learning. This webinar will explain the research behind Noah Text®, demonstrate the free and affordable tools Noah Text® provides, and how these tools can conveniently be put to practice in any classroom or home setting.
