Jimmy Huston


With a background in Art and Photography, Jimmy Huston worked as a filmmaker across the South, eventually moving to Hollywood, where he became a screenwriter and director for movies and television. And, he occasionally taught writing at the University of Texas at Arlington. An avid vintage auto racer, he also became active in race photography and publishing. Along the way, he married a dyslexic writer (and racer), and together they raised two dyslexic daughters who are both writers. Jimmy and his family created Cosworth Publishing and have released a number of books for children, including The I Hate to Read Book, The Dyslexic Handbook, The Attention Deficit Disorder Hyperactive Cookbook, The OCD Funbook, and Nate-Nate the Christmas Snake.
