Online registration closes February 26, 2020. On-site registration fee the day of the conference is $215/member, $240/non-member. On-site payment must be made with check or credit card. On-site POs must be accompanied with payment by check or credit.

Cancellation/refund deadline is February 15, 2020. A $25 cancellation fee will apply. After February 15, 2020, no refunds will be issued; however, your registration is transferable to another participant.
